About Randy
Randy is a long time resident of the Arroyo Grande
and Santa Maria area where he currently resides with his wife
and has two adult sons. He has lived in the area for the past 33
years and has seen many changes. He grew up in a real estate
family both father and mother agents and later broker and owners
of several Remax offices in San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara
counties. Randy has been around and in the real estate business
for many years. Randy feels he is a very balanced, adaptable
individual who pays attention to detail, he has a very simple
philosophy and approach to life and that is serving others never
stops or goes out of style.
Childhood: Being around my family, and
seeing how they served one another, and their clients for over
40 years was a great start.
Youth: Serving in the US Military around the world gave me
an appreciation for both family and country.
Serving in my own family as a devoted husband and father of two
sons has furthered greatly my service experience and Finally,
Serving with my wife in the church in several different
capacities.
What does all this have to do with business? I believe its
everything! In conclusion I would say," I'm well qualified for
all clients from finding the perfect home, for buyers who have
difficulty qualifying to putting the high end buyer into the
home of their dreams".
